10 am - 6 pm

Quinta Horta da Rosa, Vimeiro - Portugal

An invitation

Imagine a day with no inbox, no performance and no one asking you to be useful. A rustic cottage with the mountain before you and the river below, the cozy fireplace, long tables, amazing food, the smell of ink and paper. And, at the end, a small book that you made with your own hands, about a life that is entirely yours.

This is not a drawing class, although you will draw.

It is not a writing workshop, although you will write.

It is a day of immersive visual storytelling: words, images, food and folded paper, all in service of self-discovery.

No artistic experience is needed. If you can hold a pencil and a curiosity, you are ready.

A tiny book

Everything we do converges on one object: a handmade tiny book.

Why a tiny book? Because small things are brave. A page the size of your palm asks for one honest sentence and one simple image, not a masterpiece. And because a book is a way of saying: this story deserves to be kept.

How It Will unfold

We will sit together, create space to slow down and allow ourselves to listen and connect with each other and nature. Tea and a fireplace will be our allies in this open circle.

Planting the seed for this day. Our inspiration. The concept. The creative interpretation.

Binding the book. With Gabriela P. Monteiro. A simple food. Glued covers. No special tools. No experience required.

Creative writing. Guided by Gabriela P. Monteiro.

A shared meal. Prepared in advance and finished together. Cooking, eating, sharing as part of the creative process.

Storyboard, visual metaphor and drawing with Ana Sílvia Agostinho

Closing circle. Sharing, listening.
